Technical parameters

1. Palletizing capacity: The palletizing capacity of a single device is 550 bags/hour; the material can be converted into specifications such as 50KG/bag, 40KG/bag or 20KG/bag, and the number of palletizing layers is 8-10 layers/pallet.
2. A single device can provide one production line to work at the same time, and the upper guard plate of the conveyor is sprayed with carbon steel.
3. The gripper width can be adjusted by bolts, and the pneumatic bag pushing device.
4. The gripper of the manipulator ensures reliable clamping and pressing of bags during movement without bag throwing or dropping.
5. Each section of the conveyor must have baffles and covers to cover the chain and the part where the lubricating oil leaks.
6. The AC contactor, circuit breaker, switch, button, fuse, and motor protector in the conveyor control cabinet are all Schneider products, and the PLC is a German Siemens brand.
7. The control cabinet is configured with strong and weak electricity separated, using cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of more than 1.5 mm; the outer surface: primer, intermediate paint and topcoat; the wiring inside the cabinet is required to be neat.
8. It has the function of statistics and storage of packaging production line data.
