How to solve the problem of abnormal noise in belt conveyor? When the belt conveyor is running, its transmission system, transmission roller, phase change roller and drive shaft group will emit abnormal noise when abnormalities occur. According to the abnormal noise, the common faults of the equipment can be identified.
(1) Noise when the belt conveyor buffer roller is under severe axial force.
During the operation of the belt conveyor, the buffer roller often produces abnormal noise and regular vibration. The main factor causing noise is the uneven wall thickness of the seamless pipe, which causes large centripetal force and noise. On the other hand, during the production of the drive shaft, the error between the center of the bearing hole on both sides and the center of the outer circle is relatively large, which will also generate a large centripetal force and cause abnormal noise.
(2) There is noise when the two shafts of the belt conveyor coupling are not concentric.
The abnormal noise caused by the coupling of the fast end motor and reducer or the brake wheel of the driving equipment is the same as the rotation frequency of the motor. When this type of noise occurs, the position of the motor and reducer should be adjusted immediately to prevent the reducer input shaft from breaking.
(3) Abnormal noise from the commutation drum and push drum of the belt conveyor.
During normal operation, the noise from the commutation drum and push drum is not loud. When abnormal noise is found, the bearing is usually damaged. The main reasons are that the gap is too large or too small, the shaft is in the groove, oil leakage or poor oil quality, and the bearing end cover is not sealed in time, resulting in bearing damage and temperature rise. At this time, the leak should be cleaned, the grease should be replaced, and a large number of bearings should be replaced.
