1. Project background
In order to improve the regional grain reserve capacity and optimize the layout of storage facilities, Dali State National Grain Reserve Co., Ltd. and Henan Machinery Construction Group reached a cooperation agreement to jointly promote the construction of the overall relocation project of the Dali State National Grain Reserve (Phase I storage facilities). The project aims to solve the problems of insufficient storage capacity, aging facilities and equipment, and lagging information management level of the original reserve, and strengthen the emergency food guarantee capacity through the construction of new modern storage facilities.
2. Project Overview
Project Name: Overall Relocation Project of Dali State National Grain Reserve (Phase I Storage Facilities)
Construction Location: Dacang Town, Weishan Yi and Hui Autonomous County, Yunnan Province
Planned Land Area: Approximately 247.22 acres
Total Investment Estimation: 531.9151 million yuan
Construction Period: Construction to start in September 2022, completion and acceptance on September 30, 2024
Construction Content:
13 new grain reserve warehouses (flat warehouses) with a construction area of ​​38,158 square meters
1 new finished grain emergency warehouse (low temperature warehouse) with a construction area of ​​2,991 square meters
New comprehensive building, one-stop service center, production auxiliary rooms and other supporting facilities
Supporting construction of information management system, substation, fire protection facilities, parking lot and other ancillary projects
Designed warehouse capacity: total warehouse capacity of 200,000 tons
3. Cooperation Model
Main Division of Labor:
Dali State National Grain Reserve Co., Ltd.: As the project owner, responsible for project planning, fund raising and overall coordination.
Henan Machinery Construction Group: As the general contractor, it undertakes the construction tasks to ensure that the project is delivered on time and in quality.
Technical standards: The project strictly follows the national grain storage facility construction specifications and adopts intelligent and information technology to improve management efficiency.
IV. Project progress
Construction phase:
The project started in September 2022. The construction party ensured the progress through shift work and 300 people working simultaneously.
The main construction of 6 flat warehouses and comprehensive buildings will be completed before January 15, 2023, and the remaining projects will be completed before the end of 2023.
Completion acceptance:
On September 30, 2024, the project passed the completion acceptance, and the 6 flat warehouses in the east plot were put into use first and the provincial reserve grain was put into storage.
The 8 flat warehouses and ancillary facilities in the west plot were delivered simultaneously, marking the completion of the first phase of the project.
